Passed away suddenly at home on the 18th June 2025 aged 70 years.
A much loved Dad to Leon, Kieran and Simone. A special Grandad to Theo. A loved brother to Steve, Tony and Jackie. Phil will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Monday 28th July at 3.30 pm.
